Scenario Workshop Sardinia, Italy

On September 22, 2026, within the framework of the INCORE-MED project, a Scenario Workshop will be held at Felix Hotels in Olbia, Sardinia, from 9:00 to 16:30, organized by IUAV and Autonomous Region of Sardinia. As part of the SWAP methodology, the workshop will mark a key step in the project’s participatory process, bringing together stakeholders to jointly explore future scenarios for the coastal and maritime territory of North-Eastern Sardinia. It will contribute to INCORE-MED’s broader objective of developing and testing participatory planning approaches for more resilient coastal and maritime territories across the Euro-Mediterranean region.

Following the SWAP methodology, participants will collaboratively explore possible future developments, focusing on the interconnections between climate change, Maritime Spatial Planning (MSP), and adaptation strategies. The process will provide a space to share knowledge and perspectives and to develop shared visions of how the territory could evolve under different future conditions.
