Workshop on Adaptation and Mitigation Measures (online) – Sardegna, Italy
The INCORE-MED Workshop on Adaptation and Mitigation Measures is an online participatory event focused on strengthening inclusive coastal resilience in the Euro-Mediterranean region. Organised within the INCORE-MED project on the 7th of July, the workshop will introduce and prioritise measures responding to key climate risks such as sea acidification and rising sea temperatures. Participants will discuss three main categories of action: climate-sensitive policies, climate-resilient areas, and nature-based solutions. Through presentations and interactive sessions managed via a purposefully designed app, the event will support the identification of urgent and feasible measures, encourage stakeholder dialogue, and contribute to the definition of next steps for climate adaptation and mitigation in coastal and marine planning.
