First day of 2 days workshop

The INCORE-MED project’s Democracy Labs (DLAB) workshop, a collaborative working session that will bring together representatives from municipalities, local and national institutions, experts, civil society organizations, and members of the local community to identify joint solutions to a local problem.

The main objective of this two-day workshop is to reflect on and design joint solutions to a problem related to the Algarve coastline, as well as to foster a space for dialogue among different local stakeholders to identify and prioritize necessary measures.

The input gathered during the sessions will support the development of solutions to local problems, particularly those occurring in the Ria Formosa Natural Park, enabling the priorities identified by the community to inform future regional decision-making bodies regarding environmental protection and climate action.
