INCORE-MED – Inclusive Coastal Resilience in the Euro-MED is a capacity building and inclusive action research project to test two participatory planning tools – Scenario Workshops with Adaptation Pathways (SWAP) and Democracy LAB (DLAB), in four pilot sites: Algarve, Catalonia, Kastela and Sardinia confronting diverse issues, including coastal erosion, marine ecosystem depletion, wetland stewardship, and coastal management integrating nature-based solutions to address sea level rise, fluvial floods and stormwater flooding.
