INCORE-MED – Inclusive Coastal Resilience in the Euro-Med is a transnational project that strengthens climate adaptation in coastal and maritime areas through public participation and ecosystem-based approaches. By combining nature-based solutions with innovative democratic tools such as Democracy Labs and SWAP methodologies (Scenario Workshop and Adaptation Pathways), the project empowers communities and institutions to co-create inclusive and effective responses to climate challenges. INCORE-MED operates in pilot regions across Portugal, Spain, Italy, and Croatia, promoting cooperation, conflict prevention, and long-term resilience in the Euro-Mediterranean coastal zone.
